2About the Workshop
The Live AI Workshop is an online educational program delivered via a live video platform (Zoom / Google Meet / similar). The workshop covers practical AI tools, ChatGPT basics, prompt writing, and related topics in Hindi.
- Duration: Approximately 2 hours
- Mode: Live online (mobile / laptop / tablet compatible)
- Language: Hindi
- Recording: A recording of the workshop will be shared after the session
3Eligibility
The workshop is open to anyone aged 18 and above. Participants below 18 may attend with parental or guardian consent. No prior technical knowledge is required.
4Booking & Payment
- All bookings are made online through our payment partner Instamojo.
- The fee for the workshop is ₹99 (inclusive of applicable taxes), unless otherwise stated.
- Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Workshop joining link will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp on the registered details.
5Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is made, the fee paid for the workshop, bonuses, and any associated digital content will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Inability to attend the live session
- Change of mind after purchase
- Technical issues at the user's end (poor internet, device incompatibility, etc.)
- Dissatisfaction with the content after attending

6Rescheduling
In the rare case that we need to reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp, and the workshop will be conducted on a new date. Recordings will still be provided.
7Intellectual Property
All workshop content, recordings, PDF guides, prompt lists, slides, and bonus materials are the intellectual property of Bharat AI Academy. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license. You may NOT:
- Share, resell, redistribute, or upload any content publicly
- Record, screenshot, or publish workshop sessions on social media or other platforms
- Use our content for any commercial purpose without written permission
Violation may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and legal action.
8Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully during the live session and in the WhatsApp community. Any form of spamming, abuse, harassment, promotion of competing products, or sharing of inappropriate content will lead to immediate removal without refund.
9Disclaimer
The workshop provides educational content about AI tools and how to use them. We do not guarantee any specific job, income, business outcome, or career result. Outcomes depend on individual effort, skill, and circumstances. The information shared is for educational purposes only.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharat AI Academy, its team, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this workshop, website, or any related content.
11Third-Party Tools
The workshop demonstrates third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). We are not affiliated with these tools, and their availability, pricing, and features may change. Bharat AI Academy is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party tools.
12Privacy
Your personal information will be collected and used as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
13Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
