Refund & Cancellation Policy

1No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Bharat AI Academy for the Live AI Workshop, bonuses, and any associated digital content are strictly non-refundable.

This policy exists because:

• The workshop is a digital service with limited seats.
• Bonus PDFs, prompt lists, and recordings are digital products delivered instantly.
• Once you receive access to any part of the program (including the WhatsApp community), the value has already been consumed.

2No Cancellations

Once a booking has been made and payment is successful, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer. We do not entertain cancellation requests for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Inability to attend the live session due to personal reasons, work, exams, illness, travel, or any other commitments
• Technical issues at the participant's end (slow internet, device problems, app issues, etc.)
• Dissatisfaction with the content, instructor, or delivery format after attending
• Accidental or duplicate purchases (please verify before paying)

3If You Cannot Attend Live

If you are unable to attend the live workshop, do not worry — you will still receive:

• ✅ Full workshop recording (lifetime access)
• ✅ All bonus PDFs and prompt lists
• ✅ Access to the private WhatsApp community

You can watch the recording at your convenience. No refund will be issued for missing the live session.

4Workshop Rescheduling by Us

In rare cases, if Bharat AI Academy reschedules the workshop due to technical, instructor-related, or unforeseen circumstances:

• You will be notified via email and/or WhatsApp on your registered contact.
• You will automatically get access to the rescheduled session at no extra cost.
• The recording will be shared even if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.
• Refunds will still not be issued in case of rescheduling.

5Failed Payments / Duplicate Charges

If you experience a failed transaction where the amount has been deducted from your bank account but you did not receive a booking confirmation:

• The amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
• If not auto-refunded, please email us at hello@bharataiacademy.org with the transaction ID, screenshot of payment, and your contact details.
• We will verify with our payment partner (Instamojo) and assist in resolving genuine failed transactions only.

For duplicate charges (same person paying twice by mistake), we may consider refunding the duplicate amount only after verification, at our sole discretion.

6Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. Doing so will result in:

• Immediate removal from the workshop and WhatsApp community
• Permanent ban from all future Bharat AI Academy programs
• Possible legal action to recover the disputed amount and costs

7Acceptance of Policy

By making a payment for the Live AI Workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
